Plot[]
Otome Tohoten, the leader of the Party of Words announces the beginning of the H Era, abolishing all conflicts involving weapons and presents the Hypnosis Mic to the public.
Three years ago. At Ikebukuro Division, Jiro and Saburo Yamada follow the member of the Tender Loinz group, per the request of the group leader. However, as soon as they get to the abandoned warehouse, it turns out that Tender Loinz planned a trap to take Buster Bros!!! down and Ichiro Yamada, meanwhile, is cornered by the thirty Tender Loinz members. Unfortunately for Tender Loinz, Ichiro successfully defeated his enemies, so he joins his brothers in the fight. Using their rap, Buster Bros!!! take Tender Loinz down, completing their mission.
Meanwhile, Ichijiku Kadenokoji provides Otome with the information about Buster Bros!!! and other division representatives, as Otome notices that they might play a key role in their plans.
At Yokohama Division, MAD TRIGGER CREW go on the mission to intercept the drug deal at the harbor. Samatoki Aohitsugi and Jyuto Iruma appear at the scene, confronting Samatoki's rogue subordinate Utashiro, while Rio Mason Busujima cuts off their exit route by using the explosives. MAD TRIGGER CREW takedown Utashiro and all other dealers with their rap, and Jyuto contacts the police to apprehend them. However, as Rio notices that Jyuto is hungry, he promptly decides to treat them both to his cooking, to Samatoki and Jyuto's horror.
At Shibuya Division, Ramuda Amemura invites Gentaro Yumeno to his office to spend some time together, although Gentaro isn't really interested. Suddenly, Dice Arisugawa comes to the office, begging Ramuda and Gentaro to lend him some money for gambling. Gentaro is skeptical about Dice's request, but Ramuda then comes with an idea. Fling Posse go the Shibuya streets and perform for the crowd, making a noticeable amount of money. However, as fans started chasing them, Gentaro grabs Dice, and Fling Posse run away, leaving all the money behind.
At Shinjuku Division, an injured terrorist who was involved in the planned attack on the Party of Words was taken to the Shinjuku Central Hospital. Jakurai Jinguji is visited by Hifumi Izanami and Doppo Kannonzaka, and Hifumi invites Jakurai to their place for dinner (but not before flirting with a nurse). However, the terrorist's partners attack the hospital, taking the nurse hostage, and demanding to liberate their partner. The police try to stop them, but Matenro defeats the terrorists with their rap, saving the nurse.
Thus, Ichijiku concludes her report about the division representatives. She details that the Division Rap Battle will help the Party by shifting men's hatred to Chuohku to each other, as well as benefiting the Party in business and entertaining regard. Otome, however, replies that that's not the only reason behind the Division Battle and says that this is just the beginning.
