The former director of Ikebukuro's war orphanage who was implied to do human trafficking, selling kids off when they reach a certain age. He worked closely with Mozuku Shito and Stairway to Heaven, and was involved in the terrorist attack that ultimately caused Stairway to Heaven's downfall.
Appearance[]
Gencho has light droopy eyes and smile lines. His hair is styled in a short, layered middle part. He wears a white dress shirt with a bolo tie, white dress pants, and mid-toned lace-up dress shoes. On top, he wears a mid-toned cardigan.
Personality[]
At first, Gencho comes off as a gentle, caring man who loves the kids he works with. But he is later revealed to be sadistic and cruel, taking pleasure in seeing others suffer and in pain.
