Honobono Keitoin is a member of the Party of Words and the Captain of the Chuohku Criminal Bureau.
Official Profile
The Captain of the Chuohku Criminal Bureau.
Appearance
Honobono has mauve eyes with a peach highlight on top. She wears pink lipstick and eyeshadow, and has a gold ear cuff that resembles a thorned vine, which snakes around her ear and through her earlobe. She has a dusty rose shoulder length half-up-half-down bouncy lob with swooped ends that gradients into eggplant and plum purple, and on her head is a small black garrison cap with pink lining and the Chuohku logo.
She wears a white button up with a black ribbon bow tie. On top, she wears a turn-down collar black jacket that she wears off of her shoulders, kept on by a black chest strap. The jacket has a hot pink trim, badges on the collar, and two different sleeves. Her right sleeve is full-length with a cuff at the wrist, and the other is cropped at her bicep, where a Chuohku hot pink armband sits. The rest of her left arm is covered by a long black leather glove. On bottom, she wears a navy blue high-rise button front A-line maxi skirt with a long slit up to her left thigh. Along the slit is a gold trim, the same color as the six buttons on the waistline of her skirt. On her feet, she wears black loafers with a gold heel, and vertically striped white-and-pink ankle socks.
Her microphone design has yet to be revealed. Her speakers are glowing rings, as seen in the F.P & M + manga.
Personality
Honobono is a childish, flirtatious, and immature lady who doesn’t care for anything other than having fun. She’s pushy towards those around her, while showing no care or respect towards others. She’s destructive, unpredictable, and impolite, and will stop at nothing to get her way, viewing everything as a fun game. Her childish and carefree nature is simply a front she puts up and, in reality, she behaves cold, unapproachable, and somewhat cowardly.
