Older Samejima was a debt collector under Stairway to Heaven who worked beside Ichiro Yamada.

Older Samejima worked as debt collector, and was assigned to work with Ichiro Yamada. At the same time, he and his brother, Younger Samejima, were bullying Ichiro's younger brothers, Jiro Yamada and Saburo Yamada, beating them up and/or threatening them for money. When he bragged about this to Ichiro, he was beat up. Later, he was caught robbing an old lady's house by the three brothers, who defeated him and his brother in a rap battle.

Older Samejima has a mid-toned, partially slicked-back side part, light eyes, and two x-shaped piercings in his lower and upper earlobes. He wears a middle school uniform jacket that is unbuttoned and has rolled-up sleeves on top of a black shirt, as well as black slacks.
