Appearance[]
Zannen has long mid-toned hair that covers his right eye, a tongue piercing, and a throat tattoo that matches with his brother Zansei. The tattoo resembles an s-shaped flame with the character 閻 (en) in the center. He wears a dark shirt with light pants and black combat boots. On top, he wears a medium-length coat with a hood and three large chain necklaces. He also has a chain bracelet on his right wrist.

Zannen is the brains of the Tobari brothers. He is shown to be eager to commit crimes, often organizing plans for his gang to execute.
