- Zansei Tobari is a criminal, the brother of Zannen Tobari, and a former subordinate of Mad Comic Dialogue.
Appearance[]
Zansei is a stocky, muscular man with sharp light eyes, a wide nose, and thick black eyebrows. He has a nose ring on his right nostril, and a ring piercing on both lobes as well as an upper lobe piercing. He wears a black durag, as well as a black muscle tee and baggy track pants, which have a "keep out" caution tape tag on the right side. He has three large chain necklaces, a chain bracelet on his right wrist, and a matching tattoo with Zannen on his left shoulder. The tattoo resembles an s-shaped flame with the character 星(sei) in the center.

Zansei is the brawn of the Tobari brothers. He is shown to be eager to commit crimes, especially acts of violence.
